Tomatoes are red berry-type fruits, but are often seen as culinary vegetables. They used to be a diverse food with good nutritional value. Now no one has time to cook, so the Tomatoes of Orca Island are eaten raw. The apocalypse was awful in many ways, one of them being some genetic change in Tomatoes. Something unnamed went wrong with the formerly delicious red treats, as consuming tomatoes will only fill a small amount of the character's Hunger bar.
