The Nail Knuckles are a melee weapon and can be used in the Secondary Slot.
It is an improvised weapon which can be very deadly to attacking opponents if used correctly. It can be crafted using rags, scrap metal, wood logs, and nails. It also requires the Weapons booklet to learn how to craft this melee weapon.
