A negative status effect acquired by going near glowing pools in caves or being shot with a crossbow or recurve bow utilizing irradiated ammunition. Can be cured using anti-rad pills or anti-rad mushrooms.
Being irradiated causes the player to see everything with a green tint. This effect is compounded with a higher radiation percentage.
The radiation status bar is the uppermost bar in the player status bar heads-up display.
