Track Pants are a wearable item. It can only be equipped in the Legs Slot.

Track Pants refer to a piece of clothing that is worn on the player's legs. It is a pair of soft trousers that comes in several different styles and colours.
A pair of Track Pants provides no physical protection. It offers slight resistance against the cold.
A pair of Track Pants can be repaired by and/or broken down into a Repair Kit (Cloth Items). A pair of Track Pants can also be torn into Rags.
A pair of Track Pants has an inventory slot capacity of 2. Track Pants are usually found in residential areas, or in clothing stores.
